We live in the building; it's quiet, well taken care of...with love and attention to detail. It's peaceful; if you're looking for a beautiful, comfortable, tranquil space after a day of enjoying NYC then this is perfect for you. If you're looking for a place to party, then this is not suitable.

It's also not appropriate for children.

This location is residential and quiet, but has great access to all parts of Brooklyn and NYC. Located 3 blocks from Franklin Ave subway stop. What does this mean? Franklin Ave stop is a central hub in Brooklyn; hence 5 subway lines are at your disposal. For non-New Yorkers It means you will never be stranded if one line goes down for some reason. YOU HAVE OPTIONS!

Please note: Our home is quiet, but this is NYC. If you're unaccustomed to life in a big city, this may not be sufficiently quiet for you. Due to our proximity to the BK Museum, there are periodic activities such 'Target First Saturdays', West Indian Day parade, Marathons, and other activities, as well as regular NYC construction that sometimes create daytime noise disturbances. We do not have control over such instances. Although infrequent, it may occur when you're here. So please do not review us based on standard, everyday, uncontrollable NYC issues.
